Planning your wedding at The Fox and Hounds Country Hotel in Devon

Our experienced team will help you every step of the way and from us you can expect: Fully Guided Tour (by appointment) for you, your fiancé, your mum, nan etc – the whole family frequently comes!

Pre-Planning Meeting – to discuss your basic requirements and offer advice about dates, registrar contacts and pricing and hopefully fill out the contract to confirm your booking.

Planning Meeting – around 6 to 8 months before the big day our Wedding Advisor will take you through all the timings, catering arrangements and offer suggestions regarding theming, décor and entertainment. We have many contacts we recommend and also offer an optional service to provide everything for your tables (place names, favours, menu cards, napkin ribbons & centerpieces) if you so wish. A full written confirmation of what has been decided, full estimate and blank table plan will be sent to you after this meeting.

Final Details Meeting – 14 days before we will offer a full run through with all the small details finalized. The final invoice will be amended for payment and your table plan (hopefully) will be completed.
